Israel’s Oldest Arms Company Privatized

In March 2018 the Israeli government approved the purchase of Israel Military Industries (IMI) by Elbit Systems. Shir Hever discusses the reasons for the privatization, for the fact that no other companies bid to buy IMI, and what are the implications to the use of force by the Israeli military.
